Before coming in for an initial consultation:
If possible, take and/or bring photographs of the following:

• The area where your accident tookplace
• The vehicles involved in the accident (if applicable)
• The machinery or devices involved (if applicable)
• Your injuries, including showing the wounds if visible, the bandaging in place, any scarring, and if you required the assistance of any medical devices, such as crutches, pictures showing you using such devices.
• You should also bring, to the extent available, any and all reports, including accident reports whether prepared by the police or yourself or both, any hospital and doctor information, including any ambulance records, emergency room records, and doctor records, showing the name of the hospital and doctor and their address.  
• The names and addresses or telephone numbers of any witnesses to the accident and/or conditions.
